Tho Government have introduced a Bill prohibiting the intended Orange processions, , Russia now claims Bayaiid, hut England: objects. The Congress has appointed a special commission to inquire into the late outrages in Bulgaria. The Colonial Marriage Bill has been dropped for the present session. Montreal (Undated). In consequence of the excitement, the Orangemen voluntarily desisted from having a procession, London, July 13. The term of Governor Sir Hercules Robinson has been extended. Cyprus was formally occupied yesterday. Everything has been settled at Berlin. The treaty was to be signed on Saturday. All passed off quietly at Montreal on the 12th July. The Money Market is easier. Consols are quoted at 96J. A Portuguese loan of two. and a half millions and n naval loan of £IOO,OOO have been .fully subscribed. Wheat has advanced od. to Is. a quarter.

Sydney, Saturday. It is stated that Governor Robinson has informed the Governor of New Caledonia that he cannot comply with the request to send troops to assist in quelling the native outbreak, hut that H.M.S. Sapphire has been despatched from New Zealand to New Caledonia, in consequence of the disturbed state of affairs in the latter colony; ■
