Auctions PRELIMINARY NOTICE. Messes, bethune & hunter win sell by public auction at the Odd Fellows’ Hall, Lambton Quay, Wellington, within six weeks from the present date— Town Acres Nos. 162, 164, and 166, divided into about sixty very valuable building allotments, having frontages to Wellington Terrace, Dixon Street, and to a new Street to be carried through the block. The Sections will have a frontage of about 30 feet by a depth varying from 60 to 70 feet. The new road will be formed before the Land is offered for sale, and the Sections will be all pegged off and numbered. This block of Land is situated in the very heart of the City of Wellington, and in one of the finest and most commanding positions in the whole town. It can be inspected at any time.
