It also decided that all Russian troops evacuate Bulgaria and Roumelia in nine months. SPECIAL TELEGRAM. London, June 21. The state funeral ot the late King of Hanover took place at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor, to-day. The deliberations of the Berlin Congress continue. The general principles of the Bulgarian question are settled. The Rev. Mr. Staunton was consecrated, at St. Paul’s Cathedral, Bishop of North Queensland. The Australians are playing against eighteen of Birmingham. In their first innings the Australians made 104. The top score was made by A. Bannerman, who made 31. The Birmingham eighteen have lost one wicket for one run. The attendance is very large. London, June 26. The Congress has considered for three hours details concerning Bulgaria.
