DUNCAN respectfully desires to • draw public attention to the following conditions of the sale of Government property on Tuesday next, 25th inst., at 12 o’clock noon:A cash deposit of 15 per cent, only is required! The balance by bills from Ist July at 6,9, and 12 months, in equal parts, without a penny of interest!! In the event of the vendor requiring to occupy the premises after the Ist January, 1879, he will be entitled to do so for three calendar months, on giving the purchaser one calendar month’s notice in writing, to be signed by the Minister of Justice for the time being, and the purchaser will be entitled to receive during such occupation a percentage upon the whole purchase money realised by the sale, calculated at the rate of £8 per centum per annum. The land will be sold at per foot frontage to Lamb-ton-quay, of say 107 feet. The smallest depth from Lambton-quay is COft. Sin. The greatest depth, which is next to the property just bought by the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, is 137 ft. Sin.
