DUNCAN has been honored with instructions to sell by public auction, in accordance with the Public Reserves Sale Act, 1877, at his salerooms, _ Panamastreet, Wellington, on Tuesday, 2oth June, 1878, at 12 o’clock noon— All that parcel of Land, in the City of Wellington,on which stands the buildings occupied by the Supreme Court, the Resident Magistrate’s Court, and the Police Office, containing by admeasurement thirty-seven perches (37), being part of Section No. 513 on the plan of the City of Wellington. This most valuable freehold, consisting of a frontage to Lambton-qnay of 104 feet 3 inches, together with the buildings thereon, will be sold in ONE LOT. Lithograph plans are in course of preparation, showing the exact boundaries of the land, and may be had from the Auctioneer, and also at the several offices of the newspaper at the principal places in the colony in which this advertisement is published. The sale is anthori-ed under the Act above quoted, and the purchaser will he entitled, on the completion of his purchase, to a Crown Grant in the usual form. Possession of the property will not he given until the Ist January, 1579, and the Government will reserve the right of retaining the possession for a further period of six months at a rental which will be stated in the printed conditions of sale. Terms of payment will he—A cash deposit of fifteen per cent. (15), and the balance by hills drawn at 0,9, and 12 months, dated from Ist July, 1878, without interest.
