Auctions TUESDAY, 25th JUNE, 1878. MU. E. J. DUNCAN has been honored with instructions to sell by public auction, in accordance with the Public Eeserves Sale Act, 1877, at his salerooms, Panamastreet, Wellington, on Tuesday, 25th June, 1878, at 12 o’clock noon— . All that parcel of Laud, in the City of Wellington, on which stands the buildings occupied by the Supreme Court, the Kesident Magistrate's Court, and the Police Office, containing by admeasurement thirty-seven perches (37), being part of Section No. 613 on the plan of the City of Wellington. This most valuable freehold, consisting of a frontage to Lambton-quay of 104 feet 3 inches, together with the buildings thereon, will be sold in ONE LOT. Lithograph plans are in course of preparation, showing the exact boundaries of the land, and may be had from the Auctioneer, and also at the several offices of the newspapers at the principal places in the colony in which this advertisement is published. The sals is authorised under the Act above quoted, and the purchaser will be entitled, on the completion of his purchase, to a Crown Grant in the usual form. Possession of the property will not be given until the Ist January, 1879, and the Government will reserve the right of retaining the possession for a further period of six months at a rental which will be stated in the printed conditions of sale. WEINNIMOEE has received insiruc- • tions from the Colonial Bank of New Zealand to sell by public auction, at his mart, Lambton Quay, on Tuesday, 25th June, at 2 p.m. precisely— The large, well-finished, and handsome building on LAMBTON QUAY, known as THE SCOTCH CHUECH, without fittings. Possession will be given on the 20th instant, and ten days from that date allowed for removal of the building. The building is 66ft in length and 37ft in width, and admirably adapted for any public purpose.
