At a meeting of the directors of the Wellington Patent Slip Company, held on Tuesday, the secretary reported that tho subsidy had been paid by the Government, and ho was instructed to pay tho dividend as agreed to at the last general meeting. Mr. George Hunter was elected chairman of the board. The secretary stated that he had not received any offer for the b.b. Perfect Cure, which was still for sale.
