Count Schouvaloff and Lord Salisbury have agreed that the Balkans shall form the southern boundary of North Bulgaria, which is to become an independent State. South of the Balkans there is to be an autonomous province, but the frontier is to be removed from the iEgean Sea. England consents to the cession of Batoum and Bessarabia, and takes Armenia under her special protection. The control of the neighboring States is to be subject to an arrangement made by united Europe. Russia surrenders Bayazid. The passage of the Dardanelles and Bosphorus remains in statu quo. At Thursday’s sitting the Earl of Beaconsfield alluded to the dangerous proximity of the opposing forces at Constantinople. He hoped that the Russian forces should be withdrawn immediately. The partial mobilization of Austrian troops in Transylvania and Dalmatia has been effected. Count Audrassy and Schouvaloff are partially in accord. London, June 15. It is rumored that Parliament will be dissolved in autumn. SPECIAL TELEGRAM. London, June 15. The cricket match Australian Eleven v. Longsight Eighteen was won by the latter by two wickets. G. F. Grace made 41 in tho second innings and 23 in the first. The money market is rather firm. The Bank reserve is slightly better. Stock markets are very firm. Consols receded 4 per cent. Australian securities are characterised by great strength and activity. Wool firm and hardening. Prices of greasy have advanced a halfpenny. Competition is brisk between home and foreign buyers. Tho corn market is heavy and inactive. There have been large imports. The Prince of Wales visited the Australian trophies, and expressed great satisfaction. He has accepted the Presidency of the‘Colonial Institute. Bombay, June 16. The Garonne, after being three days ashore, has been got off uninjured. AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Sydney, Monday. The Rev. Mr. Clarke, the geologist, is dead. The South Australian Insurance Company have appealed against the verdict in favor of the New Zealand Company.
