The following additional By-laws, passed on the 18th April, 1878, and sanctioned by the Colonial Secretary, in terms' of the 310th clause of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, are now published for general information,,and will come into force on the Ist day of June, 1878 : Ist. That the eastern boundary of No. 1 I District in Courteuay-place be the eastern boundary of town section No. ' 220 ; the remainder of the district east ol that' boundary be included in No. 3 District. ' 2nd. That after the Ist June; 1878, .all buildings erected in District No.' 1 shall have boundary and rear' walls of bride, stone, or concrete,'arid that' tlie bouu- • dary walls shall.rise 1 at least 30 inches above.the roof. .. . . 3rd.
