This section, No. 865 on the plan of sections In the Hutt District, fronts the proposed main road; tenders for the formation of which . have just been accepted. This section was taken up between three or four years ago, and is one of the best in the block ; and when the proposed, railway from the. Hutt to Waikanae is made, its value will be increased 100-per cent, or more. It is situated only a short distance from the, Hutt Biver and the main road to Wellington.
