ELLINGTON COLLEGE The Second Term will begin on TUESDAY, MAY 28th, at 10 a.m. In addition to Scholarships open- to boys from primary schools in the district, there is one of £26 per annum founded by W. Turnbull, Esq., and funds for the endowment of others have been received, particulars of which will be announced. - The annual examinations are admitted as qualifying for keeping terms at the University, and by the Judges of the Supreme Court in lieu of their own examinations in general knowledge. ; . , ; Evening Classes in connection with the College are held fn the- Education Board-room, Provincial Buildings, at which pupils are prepared for the Civil Service, University, and Cambridge local examinations.
