Lot 1. Section No. 40, on the reclaimed land, next to Messrs. Levin and Co.’s offices, at present in the occupation of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, having a frontage of 80 feet to Greystreet, and a frontage of 46 feet to Featheratonstreet, being a c.oruer allotment, and one of the most valuable pieces of land in the .City of Wellington.
