Experienced fine wea'her to Napier, and from thence to arrival a strong N.W. gale and heavy sea. She sailed again for South at 8 o'clock yesterday evening. The departures of the Manawatu for Wanganui, and Rangatlra for Napier and Poverty Bay, have been postponed till noon to-day. . ■ The s.s. Rlngarooma arrived here yesterday momlog from Nelson, and railed again for Melbourne, via the South, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. y The s.s.
