Weather, so far as we know, brother Richmond and brother Gillies are not here, and are not likely to arrive for a day or two. That being - the case, we had better not take cases in the j Court of Appeal to-day, unless there is good reason for doing so. I It was arranged that the Court should sit -on Wednesday, when Ormond v. Patereko te ■■ Birikehe would be taken first. Crown cases ' reserved were fixed for Friday. The Court then rose.
