(REUTER'S SPECIAL TO PRESS AGENCY,) AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Melboddnb, Friday. Craig contests Warnambool, in the interest of the Government, against Francis. At the Cable Conference it was decided that each colony should have one vote, irrespective of the number of its representatives. Sydney, Friday.
Mr. Thomas Sutcliffe, a very old and wellknown colonist, and proprietor of large meat freezing works, is dead. A Bill was read a third time for giviog to the Parliament of New South Wales powers, privileges, and immunities similar to those of the House ot Commons.
