Section No. 46, on the reclaimed land, next to Messrs. Levin and Co.’s offices, at present in the occupation of the Colonial Bank of New, Zealand, having a frontage of 30 feet to Greystreet, and a frontage of 46 feet to Featherstonstreet, being a comer allotment, and one of the most valuable pieces of land in the City of Wellington.
