WELLINGTON TRUST LOAN AND INVESTMENT COMPANIES SHARES. : Messrs, j. h. bethune & Co. have been favored with instructions from the Executors of the late George Moore, Esq., to sell by public auction, at their saleroom, comer of Featherston and Brandon-streets, Wellington, on Wednesday, sth day of Jnne, at 2 o’clock— Lot 1. Section No. 46, on the reclaimed land, next to Messrs. Levin and Co.’s offices, at present in the occupation of the Colonial Bank of New, Zealand, having a frontage of 30 feet to Greystreet, and a frontage of 46 feet to Featherstonstreet, being a comer allotment, and one of the most valuable pieces of land in the City of Wellington.
