Saturday, April 27. (BefofO'J.’ Oi'Crawford. Fsn. TJ-M.l _ - FAMILY BRAWLS. Henry Wilson and Ann Norah Spoor were both charged with assaulting. James Spoor. Mr. Ollivier appeared for the complainant, .and Mr. E. Chapman for the, defendants. As an important witness -in' the case was at Greytown the heaving was adjourned. until next Thursday. There was a cross action, which was also adjourned. ' _ , ;Patrick Hannay was charged by his wife Kate Hannay-} with neglecting to contribute towards her support. Leonard Hancock and 'Albert Carver,, two small boys, were placed in the dock charged with committing-several petty thefts. _ ' V Sergeant Smith.'said : that "the I ‘boys were, connected with others in several small rob-' beries, and asked for a remand until the other boys were .secured, v Hi?;Worship accordingly remanded the youngsters untd Monday. ,
