In anticipation of the completion of the line of railway Wetwven Wanganui and Koxtou, it is proposed to effect a DAILY EXCHANGE OF MALLS BETWEEN WELLINGTON AND WANGANUI by means of a coach service between Wellington and Porirua Harbor, thence to Foxton by steamer. Offers are therefore invited for the performance of a mail steam service, once a day each way, between Porirua Harbor and Foxtou, for a period of two years, commencing on or about the 15th May proximo.
