A man named Hugh Kogers had his collarhone badly broken on Saturday evening by a fall from a horse. Kogers, who is in the employ of Mr. McDonald, baker, Mannersstreet, got on a spirited horse without saddling it. The result was a very determined bolt, and the rider was thrown with great violence in Horbert-atreot. The bone, which was broken in at least two places, was set by Dr. Harding.
