WELLINGTON PUBLIC HALL COMPANY LIMITED.

At the annual meeting of tins company the following report will he submitted to the shareholders ' —“ The directors have to present to the shareholders the annual statement of accounts. The receipts for the year have been satisfactory, all outstanding liabilities have been paid, and the directors now recommend the payment of a dividend at the rate of ten per cent, on the paid-up capital. With a view to provide for the future requirements of the theatre, the directors have purchased the lease of the adjbining section, lately in the occupation of Mr. McKirdy. Three of the directors retire by rotation, viz., Messrs. W. H. Levin, Geo. Hunter, and J. K. George, who, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election.
