' ■ The Daily News' Stamboul .correspondent reports a plot of partisans of Midhat to overthrow the Sultan. The new Ministry is suspected of complicity. The Sultan is preparing to proceed to Broussa, fearing a Russian surprise. An attempt to. shoot Prince Thuro, one of the equerries to the Emperor of Austria, has been made. The essential differences between England and Russia remain unsettled.
