DUNCAN has received instructions to sell by public auction, at his salerooms, Panama-street, on the above date, at 2 o’clockp.m.— The above most valuable Masterton town acre, which is being divided into eight building allotments, six of ■which only will be sold. This acre is in the very centre of the township, well known as the property of Alfred Recall, Esq. It possesses a large frontage to Main-street, and all the most important buildings and chief places of business are close to it. At the rear it has a frontage to Chapel-street, a chain in width, now fully formed. The Athenreura and Institute is about being erected at a cost of over £IOOO, in this street. The large Wesleyan Church is already completed. In addition to these public buildings, it is understood that the new Club House is about being built in this street, within a few yards of this acre.
