This extremely valuable Estate is situated within a distance of twelve miles from Castle Point, a most convenient shipping place, where steamers call regularly once or twice every week. There is an excellent road the whole way to what may be termed the port of the district. There is also a good road to Masterton which will before long be connected by railway with Wellington.
