Notice is hereby given that the Twentyninth Annual Meeting of the Members of this Society will be held in the Chamber of Commerce, Sydney Exchange, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon of THURSDAY, the 25th day of April, 1878, for the purpose of—1. Eeceiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the year ended 31st December, 1877. 2. Electing two Directors in lieu of the Hon. John Smith, 0.M.G., M.L.C., and Bobert J. King, Esq., who retire in terms of By-law V., and one of whom only is eligible for re-election. 3. Electing an Auditor in lieu of James D. Milne, Esq., who retires, and (in terms of By-law X.) is ineligible for re-elec-tion. 4. Considering the resolutions which Mr. Frederick Lee has notified his intention of moving (for which see Sydney Morning Herald of Monday, 25th March, 1878).
