SPECIAL TELEGKAMS. THE LEITRIM MURDER. GERMANY MEDIATES.. London, April 12. The murder of the Earl of Leitrim, near Donegal, has been debated in both Houses of Parliament. The reporters were excluded for three hours owing to aspersions being cast on his Lordship’s private character. Germany is attempting mediation through the Ministers accredited to Berlin. There is an active exchange of diplomatic communications, wherein Germany strongly urges England and Russia to agree to mutual concessions. Constantinople, April 12.
