WRITTEN TENDERS will be received at this office up to NOON on WEDNESDAY, the 17th APRIL, 1878, for the supply and delivery of 30,000 Sleepers, to be stacked at any Railway Station or existing Siding on the Patea and Manawatu Railway between Foxton Township and Wanganui. They must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, and marked outside “ Tender for Sleepers, Patea-Manawatu Railway.” Specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, Wanganui, Foxton, and Wellington.
