JP ARM IN THE WH ABEAMA DISTRICT, FOR SALE, BY PRIVATE CONTRACT. A very valuable Farm situated in the Whareama District, containing about 927 acres of freehold land, being sections Nos. 384, 385, and portions of sections Nos. 382 and 383, at present in the occupation of Mr. J. H. Whishaw, Tenui. The land is rich, alluvial, and cleared, with the exception of about 20 acres, which is still covered with bush. There is an excellent road the whole way to what may be termed the port of the district. There is also a good road to Masterton which will before long be connected by railway with Wellington.
