They must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, and marked outside “ Tender for Sleepers, Welliugton-Masterton Railway.” Specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, Wanganui, Foxton, Wellington, and at the Post Office, Masterton.
