MATRIMONIAL OBLIGATIONS. _ I John Weston was charged on warrant with neglecting to comply with an order issued by Mr. Crawford,, E.M., directing him to pay £1 a week towards the support of his wife and three children. . : The accused said he had been for a long time out of employment, and now he was only in receipt of 265, a week, ,21a* of which went for his board and lodging. He admitted that drink had caused his impecuniosity, but he had now turned over a new leaf and become a Good Templar. ■ ■' ■ He was remanded until Friday. robbery from the person. William Jenkins, charged with stealing £27 from the person of Thomas Munroe. at the house of a Mrs. Mason, off Molesworth-street, was remanded until Friday, the Bench agreeing to take bail for the appearance of the prisoner (for whom Mr. Buckley appeared) in two sureties of £SO, and prisoner’s own recognizance of £IOO.
