Tuesday, March 12. Charles Palmer, one of the crew of the Margaret Galbraith, pleaded guilty to a charge of drunkenness, and was further charged with damaging a utensil in the police cell. It appeared from the evidence that Craggg, who had ordered the goods, had absconded, and Mr. Crawford nonsuited plaintiffs on Leach paying £ll9s. 6d. for goods bought by Craggs on his behalf.
