' i A Steam Sawmill for! sale; of 24 horsepower, in good working order, with 900 acres of land, on which there are, a large number of totara, matai, birch, and a few of other descriptions .of trees. The mill is about two chains off the railroad line between Wellington and Maaterton, and is about six miles beyond Featherson, and fourteen and a half miles thence to Masterten.
