A Steam Sawmill for sale, of 24 horsepower, in good working order, with 900 acres of land, on which there are a large number of totara, matai, birch, and'a few of other descriptions of trees. The mill is about two chains off the railroad line between Wellington and Masterton, and is about six miles beyond Featherson, and 1 fourteen and a half miles theuce to Masterton.
