THE UNDERSIGNED has been favored with instructions to sell by public auction at his mart, Queen-street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 28th day of February next, at noon, the estate situate at the Upper Thames, known as The Waitoa Station, consisting of Waihekau No. 1 and part of No. 2, containing 3664 acres. This property is universally acknowledged to be the best piece of land in the whole district. The whole block is substantially fenced. Six hundred and fifty (650) acres are laid down in grass, which is not surpassed by any in the provincial district of Auckland.
