THE UNDERSIGNED has been favored with instructions to sell by public auction at his mart, Queen'-'street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 28th day of 1 February next, at noon, the estate situate' at the Upper Thames, known as '■ The Waitoa Station, consisting of Waihetau No. 1 and part of No. 2, containing 3664 acres. This property is universally acknowledged to be the best piece of land in the whole district. The whole block is substantially fenced.
