Experienced fine calm weather to Kapiti, thence to arrival strong S.W. gale. The Manawatu will sail again for Wanganui to-morrow evening. . , The s.s. Taranaki, from the South, is expected to arrive here this morning, and sail again the same day for the Manakan. via Nelson arid Taranaki. As the iTaiaroa will take up -tke Wellington’s run- r ning to. Picton and Nelson, she will not sail for the South tCMlay as previously advertised. The Rotorua left Napier for this port at 10.30 a.m. yesterday, but■ - as she has- had heavy head-weather to. contend ; with I coming down, the time of; her arrival here to-day is uncertain. She is announced to leave for. the South, this afternoon.
