DUXCAX is favored with instructions from the Executors of the late William Dorset, Esq., to sell by public auction, on Thursday, the 14lh February, at Lis salerooms, Panama-street, at 2 o’clock precisely— -4 sections, being portion of town acre Xo. 640, in the Tinakori-road. These building allotments are perhaps the most desirable and valuable of any still open for sale in the city of Wellington.
