iwe have received a letter from,Councillor Fisher, inreply to Mr. Crombie’s letter to the Waterworks : Committee which appeared in our columns of Wednesday last; but as Mr. Fisher's letter deals with the ‘ matter very exhaustively and at great length, wo are 1 compelled to hold it over.
