This property is universally acknowledged to be the best piece of land in the whole district. The whole block is substantially fenced. Six hundred and fifty (650) acres are laid down in grass, which is not surpassed by any in tbe provincial district of Auckland. Stock can.be driven to the Ohinemuri Goldfield, distant twenty miles, and to the Thames Goldfield, a distance of fifty miles.
