Nortumun Ports. —Taiaroa, this day. BY TELEGRAPH. OAMARU, Thursday. Sailed : Endeavor, brigantine, for Wellington, with breadstutfs. AUCKLAND, Thursday. Arrived : Norval, schooner, from Tonga. The s.s, Napier arrived in port from Blenheim at 10.45 o'clock last night, having left there same afternoon. She will sail for Blenheim again at 10 o’clock to-night. Captain Hill, who latterly filled the position of outward pilot in this port, has taken charge of ; Captain Williams' collier barque Carlota, vice Captain McDonald resigned. The schooners Ruby for Te Kope, and Maiden City for Pelorus Sound, sailed yesterday forenoon. The s.s. Wanaka, for Auckland, via the East Coast, sailed at noon yesterday. The s.s. Storrabird was towed round to the Patent Slip by the Jane Douglas, for cleaning and painting, yesterday. The schooner Nelson proceeded to Waitapu at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon. The steamers Taiaroa from the South, and Taranaki from the North, will arrive here to day. They will both letve ag in in the afternooa, the former for North, and the latter South. The Tararua from Melbourne, vU the South, is expected here on Sunday next. The s.s. Jane Douglas left Foxton at 8.15 p.m. on Wednesday, and arrived here at 6.15 a.m. yesterday, having experienced fine weather throughout. She brought a full cargo of wool, timber, and sundries. She will sail for Foxton at noon to-day. The p.s. Charles Edward armed in harbor from Picton and Nelson at 2.30 p.m. yesterday. She loft Nelson at 3.15 p.m. on Wednesday last; called at Ketu Bay and landed three passengers: then pushed cm for Picton, reaching there at sam.; sailed again at 8 a.m., ami arrived in port as above stated. Experienced moderate southerly weather principally during the run. The Charles Edward will sail for Nelson and West Coast ports 19-day.
