The s.s, Kennedy arrived in port from ** 8.39 a.ra. yesterday, after-- a rough trip. She left there at 11 a:m. on Wednesday,;but meeting with a heavy S.E. gale, had to anchor in Queen Charlotte Sound till 4 o'clock yesterday 'morning, when she made another start, and arrived hero as above slated. She sailed for Nelson and 1 West Coast,, Ports at 10 O’clock last night. , V . .. ' Vi rill The steamer Tanpo sailed for Auckland, via the East Coast, at 12.15 p.m. yesterday.
