The Promoters leave contracted to complete the works, and to supply sufficient rolling stock and plant, and to transfer the same with all necessary stations, engine-sheds, tools, stores, &c,, to the Company, in perfect working order, for the sum of £IO,OOO, which is to be paid to them out of the capital ; but the Directors, in view of future extensions of the undertaking, have thought it expedient at once to provide for additional capital.
