WFINNIMORE has received instruc- , tions to sell'by public auction, at his mart, Lambton-quay, Wellington, on Friday, 25th January— All that compact and valuable station property situated about twenty - five miles north-east of Mastertou, and on the main line of road from that town to Woodville, comprising 4030 acres of deep, rich, black soil, level and undulating, wellwatered, and partly laid down in English grasses of the best description, and capable of carrying a large number of stock at once, together with the dwelling-house, outbuildings, yards, &c. • The whole of this rich and valuable property is deep fern land, unsurpassed in its fertility and productiveness even by the far-famed Patea country. The boundaries are nearly all iron wire fences, of a durable nature, and the property can, with very little expenditure, he so improved as to carry five sheep to the acre all the year round without any difficulty.
