The Promoters have contracted to complete the works, and to supply sufficient rolling stock and plant, and to transfer the same with all necessary stations, engine-sheds, tools, stores, &c., to the Company, in perfect working order, for the sum of £40,000, which is to be paid to them out of the capital ; hut the Directors, in view of future extensions of the undertaking, have thought it expedient at once to provide for additional capital The works will positively be completed within four or five mouths from this date, and arrangements have been made for carrying on both passenger and goods traffic immediately upon their completion. , Experience has shown that similar undertakings have proved valuable investments, and from calculations carefully made by the Directors, they have reason believe that the concern will prove highly remunerative to shareholders.
