This Company has been formed for the purpose of acquiring from the original promoters the concession granted to them for the construction of tramways in the city of Wellington, and of carrying on the undertaking. Experience lias shown that similar undertakings have proved valuable investments, and from calculations carefully made by the Directors, they have reason to believe that the concern will prove highly remunerative to shareholders.
