FOR UNRESERVED SALE, AT THE HAYMARKET, AUCKLAND ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 19, At Noon, ONE of the MOST EXTENSIVE FREEHOLD PROPERTIES in the Northern Island, known as the MURIWHENUA ESTATE, Comprising 56,530 Acres, Situate at the extreme North-west of the Island, well wooded and watered, bounded on three sides by the ocean, with a sea-board of about thirty miles, on which there are numerous bays, with good anchorage for vessels of large tonnage.
