In Bankruptcy IN THE MATTER OP THE DEBTORS AND CREDITORS ACT, 1876, And In the matter o£ the Bankruptcy of JAMES MOORE EDMONDS, of the City of Wellington, Builder, a Debtor. -IVTOTICE is hereby given that by an order .JJyJ under the seal of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, made at Wellington on TUESDAY, the eighth day of JANUARY instant, the deed of arrangement and composition of the first day of December, 1877, and made betweenfthe above-named debtor of the first part, Thomas Kennedy Macdonald, creditors’ trustee, of the second part, and all the creditors of the debtor, of the third part, was declared to be completely executed ; and it was thereby also ordered that the said deed be filed in the said Court, and that the bankruptcy of the said debtor be annulled. And notice is hereby further given that the said deed has been this day filed in the proper office of the said Court, pursuant to the above order. Dated this ninth day of January, 1878.
