Letters to November 23 received from Norfolk Island report that some strongly fatal disease has affected the cattle on that island. They are dying in great nnmbei-s, and the correspondent says that unless the ravages of the disease, cense, there will be no cattle on the island. The disease is not understood, and no treatment appears to be effective. Sheep, howevex - , are doing well, and the present clip is finer in quality than any former clip.
