WFINNIMORE has received instruo- , tions from Jacob l.ichtscheindl, Esq., to submit to public competition, at his mart, Lambton-quay, Wellington, N.Z., on Friday, 25th January,, at 2 o’clock p.m. (unless previously disposed of by private contract) — All that splendid block of buildings, comprising merchant’s warehouses, offices, goods sheds, stables, &c., &c., lately in the occupation of Messrs. .W. and G.
