(REUTER’S SPECIAL TO PRESS AGEXCYJ LATEST WAR NEWS. RUSSIA IN FAVOR OF AN . ARMISTICE. [The following telegram was received at the New Zealand Times office at fifteen minutes to threeo’clock this morning]:— London, Nov. 30. The Russian Press advocates the retention of Kars. It is officially announced that Russia will accept an armistice after Plevna has fallen. AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Sydney, Tuesday. The Assembly has adjourned till January 22nd. The Government has already decided,, at the request of a deputation, to postpone the advertised auction sales of land until the House shall decide the question.
