The main line of tramway runs past the Willis-street frontage, which is opposite the great thoroughfare, while its close proximity to the shipping, wharves, Customs, telegraph, and post offices, render it especially valuable as a site for merchants, banking, insurance, and other public companies, clubs, hotels, &c. Having a WATER FRONTAGE to the harbor, and being part of the land originally reclaimed by the Provincial Government, when operations are carried on for further reclaiming, the purchaser of this property will be entitled to considerable compensation, or an increased area of laud on the new street.
